Open a support ticket.

  • From the attendance management portal.

Access the portal at the following address: https://soporte.itknow.es/es/support/home

In this portal, upper menu, Sign in with your username and password or Register if it is your first time.

You can open a support ticket and a copy will automatically arrive in your email.

  • From your email.

You can send an email to: help@itknow.es

This will automatically open a support ticket assigned to your user.

If you do not have a user, remember to register with the same email you used to send the assistance request.
